How much do sessions cost?

Individual therapy (50 minutes): $265 per session

Parenting support (50 minutes): $265 per session

Couple and family therapy (75 minutes): $375 per session

Do you take insurance?

I’m not in-network with any insurance providers, but I’m happy to provide monthly super bills that you can submit to your insurance if they offer reimbursement for out-of-network therapy. I recommend checking with your plan to see what’s covered.

Do you offer reduced rates?

Yes. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need. If cost is a concern, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we can talk about options and whether a reduced fee might be available at this time.
